By downloading, installing, or using Pin Snap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pin Snap is a mobile camera application that captures photos and stamps them with GPS location data, including coordinates, address, altitude, timestamp, and an optional mini-map. All processing occurs on your device.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and "Pin Snap" name, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
Photos you capture are yours. The Pin Snap watermark is applied as a feature of the App and does not transfer ownership of your images.
The App uses OpenStreetMap's Nominatim API for reverse geocoding and OpenStreetMap tile servers for mini-map images. These services are subject to their own terms and policies:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate location data or loss of photos.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
